5 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
3 8-oz packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 Graham Cracker Crust
Prepare crust in bottom of a spring-form pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and flour until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla and beat until well-blended.
Pour into crust and bake 1 hour or until set.
When the cheesecake has cooled and pulled away from sides of pan, remove sides and chill for 12 to 24 hours.
Add desired toppings.
